End of January Updates from Associate Editor K.R. Wieland
I’m back with more updates for you from Quill & Crow!
A change has been made to our March issue for The Crow’s Quill. Originally, the theme was Leprechauns, but after careful consideration the theme has changed to Betrayal. Now for March’s issue, you only need to note the deadline for submission (February 10th) and that you send it to the correct email after reading the requirements on our Submissions Page.
This past week, we released the cover design for our next anthology: Eros & Thanatos: An Anthology of Death & Desire, and if you haven’t taken a look yet, you really should! While looking at the beautiful cover, you can also preorder the e-book. The paperback and hardcover will be released on February 11th, and your e-book preorder will be automatically delivered to your e-reader that day as well.
Our Dark Poetry Blog will be starting back up as well, and you can dive into reading them on the first of February. The Crows are working hard to write poems that I hope will speak to your hearts and souls the way they do mine.
Novel submissions have been coming in, and our team is working hard reading through them. You can still submit yours for consideration for publication. All you need to do is go to our Novel Submissions page and read the requirements.
Lastly, here’s another reminder that you can find information for our next two anthologies on our Submissions Page. Both Carnival Macabre and Bleak Midwinter are set to release later this year, and have different deadlines. We look forward to what stories you’ll come up with following these themes!
Much love from my Little Black Heart,
